They did a wonderful job on a super stressful day and because of them I was able to make it home. Sean is a wonderful human being and Ethan was quick and efficient with my tire repair. Thank you guys so much!

Wonderful work. They were open over Memorial Day Weekend which allowed me to schedule repairs on my off time. Was able to get my tires, shocks, brakes, & rotors replaced and ready to haul my camper on a 1400 mile round trip vacation from Central Texas to Colorado and back.

I had an amazing experience at Pep Boys on Valley Mills in Waco! If you’re searching for tire repair in Waco, TX, best tire shop, for fast, reliable auto service in Waco, this is absolutely the place to go. I was traveling from out of town and dealing with a slow tire leak, and I was honestly worried about making it home safely. Eric was the representative who helped me, and he was fantastic, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. He made sure my tire was safe for the drive and took the time to explain everything clearly so I felt completely comfortable getting back on the road. Another gentleman in the lobby was also extremely kind and helpful, which made the entire experience even better. What stood out the most was how quick and efficient they were. I was in and out faster than I expected, which was such a relief while traveling. They were also incredibly accommodating, attentive, and customer-focused, truly going above and beyond to meet my needs. If you’re looking for the best tire deals in Waco, affordable tire repair, or top-rated auto service, this Pep Boys location delivers. Truly the most efficient, trustworthy, and friendly tire service that I’ve experienc

If I could, I would travel back and forth from Alabama just to get my oil change here. Very friendly staff, including Marcie! She was super sweet and thorough with my my vehicle maintenance. Everything was completed in a timely manner and had a comfortable sitting area while I waited. I highly recommend this location.
